Quick Poll: Interest in a Metal Handlebar Add-On?
5 months ago – Mon, Mar 16, 2026 at 08:49:38 PM

Dear Backers,

We wanted to keep this simple and just gauge the level of interest. We’ve seen several requests and comments (especially on Facebook) from people asking about a metal handlebar attachment, and even mentioning they would consider pledging if this is available.

So we thought of running a quick check here.

👉 If you’re interested in a metal handlebar as an accessory, please just hit the “Like” button on this update.

We’ve already been exploring this internally, have a few concepts in mind, and have started initial discussions with manufacturers.

Based on the overall interest and response, we’ll decide whether to introduce this as an add-on — if not immediately, then possibly during the end-of-campaign survey.

A simple like is sufficient for us to get the count.

Appreciate your quick feedback!

Wired Mode Test with Advanced Level Chart!!
5 months ago – Mon, Mar 16, 2026 at 02:44:30 AM

Dear Backers,

Another quick and exciting update to share with the community.

Many of you — especially from the DDR community — asked if we could demonstrate wired mode performance with a challenging chart like Xepher. We completely understood why this was important, since rhythm players care deeply about timing accuracy and latency.

So we spent some time testing this yesterday and are happy to share the demo video of GAMR Play Pad running in wired mode while playing an advanced chart. Please check the video uploaded under “Most Recent Updates” section at the top of the campaign page.

We hope this video gives enough confidence to those who were looking for proof of timing accuracy and responsiveness in wired mode.

Thanks for being patient and we truly appreciate how engaged this community has been and we’re doing our best to respond with real testing and real demonstrations whenever possible.

Another Breakthrough: GAMR Now Works with PS3 !!!
5 months ago – Sun, Mar 15, 2026 at 04:48:15 PM

Dear Backers,

We’re excited to share another piece of great news with the GAMR community.

After our recent progress with PS2 compatibility, we continued working on integrations with other gaming consoles — and we’re happy to announce that GAMR Play Pads are now working with PlayStation 3 as well.

Our team completed the initial testing today, and we were able to successfully connect GAMR to a PS3 and control a game directly from the play pad. We’ll be sharing a short demo video on the campaign page showing the connection and gameplay.

Moments like these are incredibly exciting for our team because they reflect something very important to us — our commitment to keep evolving the GAMR platform.

From the beginning, our vision has been to make GAMR a versatile active gaming platform that works across many devices and ecosystems, and we will continue working step by step to expand compatibility wherever it makes sense.

We know many of you have asked about other consoles such as Xbox and Nintendo systems, and we want you to know that these requests are absolutely on our radar. While some of these integrations require additional research and engineering effort, we are committed to exploring them and making progress wherever possible.

We truly appreciate your patience as we continue to expand GAMR’s capabilities one milestone at a time.

For now, we’re thrilled to celebrate another successful integration and share this progress with all of you.

Thank you again for supporting GAMR and being part of this journey with us.

Collaboration Requests from the Community!
5 months ago – Sat, Mar 14, 2026 at 03:49:29 AM

Dear All,

Over the past few weeks, many of you from the DDR and active gaming community have reached out to us with interest in collaborating in different ways — whether it’s product testing, gameplay demos, influencer promotions, community events, or other exciting ideas.

First of all, thank you for the enthusiasm and support. It means a lot to see so many passionate people wanting to be part of the GAMR journey.

We want you to know that we are making note of all these requests. If we haven’t responded individually yet, please don’t feel that your message has been overlooked.

Right now, our entire team is fully focused on managing the final days of the Kickstarter campaign and preparing for the post-campaign steps, including surveys, logistics, and production planning.

Once the campaign concludes and we complete the Kickstarter-related work, we will have more time to properly review these opportunities and we will reach out to you individually to explore how we can collaborate.

We’re genuinely excited about working with many of you from the DDR and active gaming community, and we look forward to connecting with you soon.

Thank you again for your support and interest in GAMR — we truly appreciate it.

Warm Regards,

Team GAMR

How to select the add-ons?
5 months ago – Fri, Mar 13, 2026 at 08:33:55 PM

Dear All,

While many of you were able to add the add-ons successfully, we’re receiving emails and messages from a few backers who are unable to see or add them. Since it’s difficult for us to understand every individual scenario, we tested a few situations on our end, and the following steps consistently worked. We’re sharing them here for everyone’s convenience.

Please follow the steps below:

On Laptop/Desktop:

Step 1: Log in to Kickstarter, go to your pledge, and click “Manage your pledge”

Step 2: On the next page, click “Change your pledge.”

Step 3: Click “Continue.”

You should then be able to see the available add-ons.

On Mobile App:

Step 1: Log in to Kickstarter, go to your pledge, and tap “Manage.”

Step 2: On the next page, tap the three dots at the top and select “Edit pledge.”

Step 3: Tap “Continue.”

You should then be able to see the add-ons.

If you still can’t see them, no worries — you’ll also have the option to add any add-ons later through the post-campaign survey that we’ll send at the end of the campaign. We’ll make sure everyone who faced any issues during the campaign still has the opportunity to add what they need, and we’ll take care of fulfilling those requests.

Best Regards,

Team GAMR
